Mexikana kicked off slinging burritos and nachos at the Matakana Markets and quickly grew grown into a bold, Asian-fusion catering brand serving canapés, weddings, parties, and events. From drop-off catering to full service, we bring big flavours, saucy moments, and good vibes wherever we roll. Merch, sauces, and unforgettable food — that’s Mexikana.
Where the flavours come from
I’m Natalie — the heart and hands behind Mexikana. This business is a true reflection of who I am: bold, full of flavour, a little bit saucy, and made with a whole lotta love. Mexikana was born from my passion for bringing people together, over good food, shared laughs, and moments that linger longer than the spice on your lips.
I’ve always believed food should be fun, soulful, and a little bit sexy. That’s why I’ve added my own flare to classic Mexican dishes, infusing them with inspiration from my love of vibrant Asian flavours. The result? A fiery fusion that’s spicy, saucy, and totally unforgettable.
